The buffet breakfast was sub par. The American coffee was terrible.

I have stayed there before and will definitely visit place next time. The breakfast is free and hot, I loved slices of fresh bread, eggs, meats and pastries. The employees are best and lively.

Property was chic, with incredibly nice staff and wonderful location right in the center of Lisbon. As for me, rooms were great-sized and well-organised with all the comforts, they offered wake-up service...

Really enjoyed my superior double room with awesome design, nice linens, as example. The breakfast at the hotel was extensive with good options to pick from.

Attentive staff, especially with complimentary amenities like wine and a cute drink. The room was clean and cozy, with Nespresso coffee. Proximity to shops and restaurants made it easy to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, although the street noise occasionally interrupted sleep.

The bathroom situation was a bit tricky with a curtain. You had to keep it closed to block out light, made using the space a hassle. Controlling the room temperature proved frustrating, as it felt too hot, and opening the window only exposed me to noise from the busy street below, including the scent of smoke from outside. The dark corridors leading to the rooms might not sit well with everyone, especially if you're not a fan of low lighting.

The hotel exuded style with its unique decor that felt warm and inviting. My room, the Superior Double Room, featured a comfy bed and fresh linens. I particularly loved the espresso maker. It made mornings much better. The lobby bar was one of my favorite spots. The cocktails were delicious, and the staff were always happy to recommend local spots for food and drinks outside the hotel. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions in Lisbon. One downside was the mattress. It felt a bit hard for my liking. I also think the bathroom could use some more amenities like quality shampoo and conditioner instead of just body wash. The atmosphere of the hotel made up for these minor inconveniences, though. It was a good experience, and I felt at home throughout my stay.
